- Firstly make sure you have an Identification Number handy.
- Open your Browser and Type Defence Gateway or https://www.defencegateway.mod.uk/.
- There you will be able to see a link. Click on it.
- It will redirect you to the official webpage.
- There at the bottom, you will be able to see a create account option.
- Next, It will ask for Identification Number. Select the option Yes/NO.
- If you have your valid service number, Click on Yes and Fill mandatory information like:
- First Name
- Last Name
- MoD Issued Service Number
- DOB (Date of Birth)
- Choose your Password and Enter again to confirm.

- Select one Security Question.
