The Suzuki Dzire is offered in a total of four variants in the Indian market. LXI, VXI, ZXI and ZXI+. While in CNG option it is available in VXI and ZXI variants.
The color option is offered with 6 monotone color options including Oxford Blue, Magma Grey, Arctic White, Phoenix Red, Premier Silver and Sherwood Brown.
Features of Maruti Suzuki Dzire
Maruti Suzuki Dzire comes as an entry-level sedan in the Indian market. Among the features, it gets a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay technology. While other highlights include cruise control, automatic LED headlights, manual AC control, rear passenger comfort as well. Along with this, push-button start-stop engine and premium seeds are available.
Maruti Suzuki Desire Safety
Maruti’s safety features include dual front airbags, electronic stability control, Hill Haul Assist for the MT variant, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX child seat anchors.
Under the bonnet, a 1.2-litre petrol engine is used to power it, producing 90 bhp of power and 113 Nm of torque. This engine option is mated to a five-speed manual and five-speed MT gearbox. The same engine option is also used in the Maruti Swift.
Apart from this, it is also offered in CNG variant where the same engine option produces 77 bhp of power and 98.5 Nm of torque. Along with CNG, this engine option comes with a five-speed manual transmission.
The company claims that it offers a mileage of 22.41 kmpl with the manual transmission, while with the AMT gearbox it offers a mileage of 22.61 kmpl. If you go for CNG, it gives a mileage of 31.12 kmpl.
Its price in the Indian market starts at Rs 6.52 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.39 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. Currently the company is offering a discount of ₹ 10000 which will be valid only till September.
Suzuki The Dzire competes with entry-level sedans such as Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura and Tata Tigor in the Indian market.
