Soybean – 100 g Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon tomato – 2 green chillies chopped – 2 onions finely chopped – 1 1 cup peas Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped – 3 cloves Pao Bhaji garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder – 1 cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin – 1 tablespoon ghee – 1 tablespoon cardamom – 2 5 to 6 long pieces half teaspoon black pepper chopped coriander – 2 tablespoons 1/2 tsp salt – as per taste

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, now add half tsp cumin, 1 inch piece of cinnamon, 3 to 4 small cardamoms, 5 to 6 cloves, half tsp black pepper and 2 bay leaves. After that add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns red, now add crushed garlic ginger paste and mix well.

After about 2 to 3 minutes add dry spices which include 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji garam masala, salt to taste and 1 cup water, Mix everything and fry well. After a minute, add 1 cup curd and fry well on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now add 3 to 4 fine green chilies and 2 crushed tomatoes and fry well for 6 to 7 minutes, now add 1 cup peas, now add coarse paste of ground soybeans, mix well, Cover up. Let it cook for 10 minutes now add half cup kasuri methi, half cup green coriander and mix it, add 1 tbsp butter and half cup cream on top and mix it.
