Ashneer Grover BharatPe Controversy: On November 28, the Delhi High Court asked Ashneer Grover to pay a fine of Rs 2 lakh. Ashneer Grover is the co-founder and former managing director of BharatPe. The fine was imposed by the Delhi High Court because Ashneer Grover had posted falsely about BharatPe on his Twitter (i.e. X) account. He later removed the post from his Aisi X account. The action was taken against him because he had given an assurance to the Delhi High Court that he would refrain from saying anything wrong about Bharat P Company.

The BharatPe company had filed an application in court to restrain Ashneer Grover from posting defamatory material about the company. Defamatory Content means anything that defames BharatPe Company.

Another court case against Ashner Grover

Last week, Bharat P Company had filed a fresh case against Ashneer Grover. BharatPe Company’s motive behind this case was to prevent BharatPe Company’s confidential information from being disclosed to Ashneer Grover with the help of court. Bharat P Company raised the issue that Ashner Grover was still bound by the employment contract he had signed while working at BharatP.

According to media reports Ashneer Grover who is under investigation as he is accused of financial fraud in Bharat P Company.

The reason for stopping Ashneer Grover at the airport came to light

Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain were stopped at the Delhi International Airport this month. This was because a circular was issued against him stating that he had connections in defrauding a major fintech company like BharatP.

Ashneer Grover and his wife were on their way to New York for a vacation when they were stopped at the Delhi International Airport. The reason for the stop was also the lookout circular and notice issued by the Economic Offenses Wing (EoW) of the Delhi Police.

The BharatPe company has also filed a civil case against Ashneer Grover, his wife Madhuri Jain and their family members. According to the lawsuit, the BharatPe company is demanding a total of Rs 88 crore from Ashneer Grover as he has used the company’s money for his own benefit and caused huge losses to the company.
